Pterodactyl Nests

See how easy it is to whip up a batch of Pterodactyl Nests with this fun no bake recipe.

What you need:

3 cups (750 mL) chow mein noodles
1-1/2 cups (375mL) chocolate chips
1 tbsp (15 mL) butter or margarine
NEST EGGS Jelly beans or candy-coated chocolates

What to do:

Crush noodles slightly; set aside. Melt chocolate chips and butter in saucepan on low heat on stove or in large bowl in microwave. Stir in noodles. Mix very well to coat all noodles with chocolate. Drop mixture from a spoon in small clumps on waxed paper. Carefully place a few candies in centre of nests. Leave until firm. Store in refrigerator.

Makes about 30 nests.
